1.If you could make one rule that everyone in the world had to follow, what would it be?
If I could be any superhero, I’d be Jessica Jones. She’s a marvel superwoman hero known to be fierce, driven, and intelligent. As a private eye, she is respected for her intellect and ability to never give up. I believe Jessica Jones represents strength and endearing qualities I hope to possess. Unlike traditional superheroes, she wears typical street clothes and fights for justice in the character of a normal girl.
2.If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
To me, a true friend is someone who not only celebrates your successes but encourages you to let yourself fall and get back up again. Personally, I feel as though I have many true friends who want to see me succeed and push me to my full potential. Friends who can laugh, cry, and explore life with me! I have been blessed to have met most of them through Cheerleading, and of course, Pageantry.
3.When do you feel a child or teen becomes an adult?
Although criticisms can be tough to process, I choose to take it all as if it is constructive. Not everyone will politely deliver criticisms to you, but if you choose to interpret it all in a positive light, you have the choice to self-reflect & be the best you are capable of being!
4.What do you feel you have learned in life that will be the most useful?
Although I do my best to try something new almost everyday, I recently tried skateboarding. During the pandemic, I learned to appreciate outdoor activities with my friends more than ever before. Skateboarding allows me to spend time outside and push myself out of my comfort zone. I have been lucky to have many friends willing to learn with me!
5.What do you feel is the hardest job in the world and why?
I believe crying can be both. Sometimes we cry to process strong or surprising feelings that are weighing on us. Other times, we feel overwhelmed and need to let something out. Learning to balance and handle my feelings was certainly a journey for me, especially during the pandemic times, but I have learned to embrace it and I cope by listening to music, taking walks, going to the gym and spend time with my sister!
